After 3 years of covid-19 lockdown, Allianz Insurance Laos has finally can celebrated Lao New Year on the 6 April, 2023 in physical together all with employees where a traditional celebration known in Laos as "Pi Mai". Lao New Year takes place in April at virtually the same time as the new year celebrations of many countries in South Asia.
In the morning there was a Baci Ceremony, where it is a Lao traditional that used to celebrate important occasions which believes to bring us luck by tying strings around a person's wrist to preserve good luck. And in the afternoon the party has began and all of Allianz Insurance Laos employees celebrated new year party together with lots of game activities, DJ live music and swimming pool.
Pi Mai festival has always been one of the most awaited festivals that also allow employees to refresh themselves before a long holiday and going back to their family and friends to celebrate Pi Mai with their loved ones.
